Our 3 Day Online Introduction Course is to Open the space with new practitioners and guide them into the elements and the understanding of Inner Alchemy Evolution. We lightly touch on certain topics of various schools of thought - guiding everyone to acknowledge the true power of the presence of the Self within. It includes elements of chakras, breath awareness and meditation - while going through discourses of Daoist, Yogic and Dvaita/Advaita philosophies.
